            David Caplin has over 25 years’ experience in the building trade. With a background as a builder , carpenter & joiner, and project manager, he has a comprehensive understanding of all stages of building, design, finish and decoration.

               David Caplins' priority is to present clients with a seamless and structured approach to all projects. From initial meeting to project sign-off, David liaises regularly with the on-site team, the technical manager in charge of each project, and with the client, striving to ensure the highest standards within both budget and timeframe.

               Believing that dedication, expertise and experience are the bedrocks of success, David has a highly selective approach to choosing the craftsmen who work with him. He currently has a team of over 15, each with a minimum of 15 years experience. David Caplin personally oversees all projects.

                We offer an unparalleled service by project managing all aspects of your building requirements, whether this be building a new extension, complete renovation, or partial refurbishment of your home such as a kitchen or bathroom.

                We also undertake specialist projects, steam rooms, saunas, swimming pools, BBQ / patio areas, and loft conversions.

                We have full Public and Employers liability insurance, and all of our work is fully guaranteed. Our tradespeople are highly skilled and qualified to carry out the high standard of work that we enforce.

                When we take on a project, we make sure there is a technical manager present at all times overseeing the project. We found that this eliminates most delays and disruptions, and provides you the customer with regular updates of progress and schedules.

                Office hours are 9.am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. Emergency Numbers are given to existing clients in the unlikely event of a emergency happening. Working hours will be subject to schedules, local authority noise restriction hours, and customers permission.
