• Every design, building or refurbishment project is unique. Caplin Building Services will provide an estimate in line with your budget. Upon agreement in principle, the next stage would include provision of a detailed quotation and time line. Terms and Conditions will be supplied in addition to the outline quote.
  
  
• We have an architect and an interior designer on hand, making it easy for you to appoint Caplin Building Services to design, build and manage your project from 'concept to completion'.
  

• Services include consultations, interior designer, structural work, steel work, masonry, electrics, plumbing, gas installation, plastering, carpentry, joinery, tiling and all painting and decoration works, provision of technical/CAD drawings and relevant Building Regulation documentation.
  
  
• A project management service is available enabling clients to continue with their full time commitments.
